A chunk of the product-led growth course run by Unlocking Growth was learning how to design email campaign in Customer.io that will help capture relevant and insightful data to reflect the product funnel. Customer.io is very user friendly for non-coders. I particularly like drag and drop experience, how easy it is to set up flow, and do A/B testing. I also like how it can be integrated with Segment and Mixpanel/Amplitude to visualise the results. I’d love to do some trial with my current company
